The dogs love the food by the way. I mixed it with the old food to ease them into it and my one dog actually ate around the old food, only eating the Alpha Dog Food.

My 10 1/2 year old has always had digestive issues. We went through a trial and error period in her youth. We ended up on having to settle on the dog food to digestive problems. This went along beautifully till about 2 years ago. She was put on a prescription dog food due to her digestive issues. She has been on Alpha since Feb.2018 along with my puppy. The puppy’s breeder introduced me to Alpha which I had never heard of before now. Well I went ahead and put both dogs on the Alpha dog food. To my surprise and wanting to not rock to boat for my older girl I want to keep her on the Alpha dog food. Her bowls are fewer as when she would eat the prescription dog food it came out immediately. The Vet and I knew she was not getting the nutrition she needed at this time in her life. Although we felt we did not have any choice.
